Health tips for hot weather

Here are some of the things to fight hot weather.

Drink more water, Keep hydrated


Play Indoor and limit outside activities during the afternoons

Avoid drinks such as Coffee and Tea they make dehydration worse

Take a cool shower or bath to help you cool down

Make sure you get enough sleep, and rest if you feel tired

Try eating cold foods such as salads or fruit

Wear light weight clothing and be sun-smart
